Introduction to UMK Research Ethics

1. The University of Kelantan Malaysia Research Ethics Committee (Japan-UMK) was established in December 2017 and has been brought to the Senate Committee Meeting to ensure and monitor all research activities involving humans, animals and safety and biosecurity by fulfilling aspects of privacy, confidentiality, confidentiality , animal well -being and conservation of biological and environmental diversity.
2. The Terms of Reference Japan-UMK is designed to provide a detailed explanation of the power and decisions that the Japan-UMK can make in line with the ethics approved at UMK. By 2020, in line with the change in research management structure and the establishment of the Research and Innovation Management Center (RMIC), the Japan-UMK reference terms were changed according to these changes.

OBJECTIVE

1. Reference to the Ethics committee and UMK researchers in conducting research involving plants, animals and humans.
2. Explain the organizational structure, membership, functions and responsibilities of JEP-UMK.
